ISP Billing System
Remote Connection available
A hotspot and ISP billing system built for Nigeria and Africa. Run WiFi cafés, estate hotspots, and PPPoE homes from one board: connect the MikroTik, open it in WinBox from anywhere, sell vouchers on the portal or WhatsApp, and take Paystack and Flutterwave into your own account. Nigerian ISPs can start on WixTechNet's gateway; every other country connects their own keys first. Board fee is ₦10,000/mo or 3% PAYE in Nigeria, and a flat $6/mo everywhere else — not a cut of foreign voucher sales.
No card to start. 50 modules across users, finance, devices, communication, and settings.

MikroTik · Access points · Captive portal · The board

Dashboard, routers, remote WinBox, monitoring, customers, vouchers, the captive portal, and WhatsApp Sells — the same modules you get after you sign in.

Complete system
WixTechNet is the ISP desk: MikroTik, vouchers, Paystack, portal, WhatsApp, and field work.
What it offers
50 modules in five product areas — copied from the live sidebar, not a wishlist. If it is in the board after you sign in, it is here.
Live sessions, PPPoE homes, expired subscribers, MAC bindings, blocks, loyalty, leads, feedback, and a full customer record.
Packages, QR vouchers, print templates, expenses, agents, referrals, Paystack and Flutterwave into your own account. Nigerian ISPs can use WixTechNet's gateway; others must add their keys.
MikroTik provisioning, remote WinBox, CGNAT tunnels, captive portal, access points, multi-WAN, and live router health.
Revenue, collections, data usage, package mix, churn signals, revenue history, and per-router bandwidth graphs.
Staff roles, 2FA, Logo Studio, portal theming, Termii SMS, gateways, sites, custom domains, and the plan you pay us.
Your WhatsApp Business number. Customers pick a package, pay, and receive the voucher in the same thread.
Everyone on the network — café vouchers, home fibre, and the people you have not sold yet.
Live hotspot sessions. Kick a device, override speed, see MAC, IP, and time left.
The full subscriber record: package, payments, sessions, notes, and contact.
Who lapsed and when. Renew without hunting through the live list.
Pin a MAC to an IP so café PCs, cameras, and printers stay put.
Home fibre accounts on the same packages as hotspot vouchers.
MAC blocklist for abuse, unpaid CPE, or kit that should not come back.
Rewards for regulars. Rules you set, not a generic stamp card.
Portal ratings and comments from people already on the WiFi.
CRM before they buy: source, status, owner, convert to a customer.
Usage, churn signals, and package mix per site.
Lock a package to the first device that redeems it. A single-device code stops being passed round a room all day.
Bind a plan to a POS terminal, camera, or smart TV by MAC so it gets online without a browser or a login screen.
Hardware it runs on
Provision the gateway from a pasted script. Record every AP so a radio that vanishes has a name, a site, and a technician.
MikroTik-class routers

hAP ax³ class
Café and small-site hotspot. Paste the script, broadcast the SSID, sell the first voucher.

RB4011 class
Estate and multi-floor sites. Plenty of copper, SFP uplink, and room for extra WANs.

CCR class
The board that sits in the rack when the network has outgrown a desktop.

hEX class
A cheap, quiet gateway for a kiosk, office, or backup site.
Best-in-class access points

U7 / U6 Enterprise class
High-density halls and hotels. Record it under Access Points so a drop has a name, not just a MAC.

cAP ax class
The workhorse indoor radio. Discover it from the MikroTik LAN and keep it in inventory.

Omada EAP670 class
Thin, quiet, and built for classrooms and co-working floors.

SXT / Mesh class
Rooftop and pole shots. Weatherproof radios that extend the hotspot past the building.
WixTechNet provisions MikroTik RouterOS. Access points of any vendor stay in inventory and monitoring once they are on the LAN.
WhatsApp Sells
The ISP connects their own WhatsApp Business. The bot lists hotspot packages, opens the same Paystack or Flutterwave checkout as the portal, and sends the code when payment lands.
01
Paste Phone Number ID, a permanent token, and the App Secret. Copy the webhook URL into Meta and subscribe to messages.
02
The bot greets them with Buy voucher, My last code, and Help. Packages you marked for WhatsApp appear as a list.
03
A Paystack or Flutterwave link opens from the chat. With your own keys, money settles to you. Nigerian ISPs can use WixTechNet's gateway until they add theirs.
04
When the payment confirms, the voucher is assigned from stock and sent back on WhatsApp. Staff can read every chat.

How it works
The trial is long enough to connect a router, sell a voucher, and decide. Default length is 14 days, set by the platform plan.
01
Register the business. You land on a trial with no card. The subdomain is your board.
02
Paste one RouterOS script. The agent provisions hotspot, PPPoE, and the captive portal. Toggle Remote Connection to open the router in WinBox from anywhere.
03
Packages become vouchers or PPPoE plans. Print a batch or let customers buy on the portal and WhatsApp.
04
Money hits your Paystack or Flutterwave. Nigerian ISPs can start on WixTechNet's gateway. Agents sell, campaigns remind, analytics show what is working.
Plans
Customer voucher sales stay in your account. Nigerian ISPs choose a flat monthly board fee or Pay as You Earn (3%). Every other country pays a flat $6 / month and collects through their own gateway.
Plans will show here once they are published. You can also start a trial and review them on your dashboard.
Nigerian ISPs can pay ₦10,000/mo or 3% of what they collect. Foreign ISPs pay a flat $6/mo — WixTechNet does not take a percentage of their voucher sales and does not collect for them.
CGNAT, Starlink relays, Termii SMS, Paystack, Flutterwave, and a portal that works in the walled garden. Based in Kaduna.
14 days to try it. No card up front. Stay on a Nigerian plan, or $6/mo if you operate outside Nigeria.
Docs
Public guides for register, MikroTik, packages, the captive portal, WhatsApp Sells, and payments. Signed-in staff also get in-app Help with tickets to WixTechNet.
14 days. One script on the MikroTik. Your Paystack. Your vouchers.
