The service

WixTechNet is hotspot and ISP billing software: captive portal, MikroTik provisioning, vouchers, RADIUS, payments, and related tools. Wixard Tech Solutions provides the hosted platform. Each ISP is responsible for its own network, licences, and customer contracts.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your staff, agent, and owner logins.

We may suspend an account for non-payment, abuse, or a legal requirement. A lapsed subscription can be renewed from the billing screen.

Acceptable use

Do not attack the platform, probe other tenants, send unsolicited bulk messages in violation of Nigerian law, or use the service to commit fraud.

ISPs must obtain any NCC or other licences their business requires. WixTechNet does not replace those obligations.

Payments and wallets

Subscription fees and, where applicable, a revenue share are described on the Plans page. Customer voucher payments may settle to the ISP’s own gateway or, for Nigerian ISPs without one, through the platform collection path shown in the dashboard.

Payouts follow the connected payment provider’s rules. We are not a bank.

Availability and liability

We aim for continuous service and will work incidents, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for the hosted service is limited to fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

The ISP remains responsible for connectivity it sells to its own customers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Courts in Kaduna State have jurisdiction, without limiting any non-waivable consumer right.
