What we use

WixTechNet uses a small number of cookies and similar storage so the product works. We do not run third-party advertising pixels on the marketing site.

Strictly necessary

Session tokens after you sign in (staff, platform, or agent), so we know it is you.

A CSRF-safe API session cookie where used.

Captive-portal checkout cookies so a payment on Paystack or Flutterwave can return to the same voucher login on a phone that blocks sessionStorage.

Access-point console cookies, scoped to that hostname, while a technician is in a vendor admin page.

Preferences

Theme (light/dark) is stored in localStorage on the device, not as a tracking cookie.

Portal language, when the customer picks one, stays on that device.

Analytics

The public marketing pages do not load a third-party analytics tag. Server logs record IP address and URL for security and abuse detection and are not used to profile visitors for advertising.

Your choices

You can block cookies in the browser. Sign-in and the captive portal will not work without the necessary ones.
